White tea
You asked for it, we answered! We are now offering white tea, specifically white snow buds. White tea is less fermented than regular black or green tea; it's purported to offer even more health benefits that the other teas and it's delicious to boot. Come try it out and see for yourself.

Summer pastries
Stone fruit season is in full swing. We've got an incredibly plum-cherry muffin and a scrumptious caramelized peach corn muffin. Our seasonal fruit crostata is also more likely now to feature peaches and nectarines and figs and berries. Even our chefs have joined in the fun, adding summer fruits and edible flowers to their dinner specials and daily specials. It's such a great time to be a baker....and a eater.

Greenware
Flour is going green and all of our plastic cups are now made with corn-based product and they are biodegradeable. Stay tuned as we take steps to get even more green every day.

Sticky Bun Madness
If you would like to order sticky buns to be shipped, please see our "shipping sticky buns" area on the catering page. If you would like to enjoy at sticky bun at the bakery, due to high demand we recommend you call in advance and pre-order your bun. Thank you!

We're just down the street from Washington Street Flour and a quick easy drive away from Farnsworth Street Flour.
