sausage stuffing - Thanksgiving 2024

Our take on this staple Thanksgiving side features a custom blend of our maple-sage sausage and hot Italian sausage for some added kick. We mix toasted Flour focaccia with a base of lightly sautéed onions, celery, carrots and fennel seasoned with fresh sage. Everything is folded together with rich, homemade chicken stock and baked slowly until fragrant and ready for your Thanksgiving table! PS - For the month of November, you can add our sausage stuffing to your smoked turkey sandwich in any Flour bakery location!
