Join a seasoned Flour Pastry Chef for a master class on all things pie on Sunday, March 23rd from 11am-1:30pm at the Design Center in the Seaport! Designed for intimate-sized groups of up to 10 participants, our instructor will show the class our top tips, tricks, and all of the skills you’ll need to make the most impressive pies! Product Information

Here’s what to expect in this class:

  • Demonstration: Making chocolate custard, lemon curd, brisee dough, stabilized whipped cream, and swiss meringue
  • Hands-on: fill, top, and decorate 2 different pies
  • Take home: Two personal pies (chocolate and lemon) that you make yourself in class as well as pie dough that you can save for your next pie adventure at home!
  • A spread of sweets + water will be provided in class
