I was born and raised in southern New Jersey, but moved during high school after my parents bought a B&B in the mountainous woods of beautiful northern Maine. I stayed in Maine for college working toward a B.A. in International affairs and a minor in German. While spending a year abroad in Germany (and visiting all over Europe), I realized not only did I love living in a city, but also gained a better appreciation for really great food. So, when I returned home I decided to attend culinary school in Boston and I haven’t left the city or industry since.
When I’m not at Flour, you can find me cooking or baking at home with my boyfriend, riding my bicycle, or going on hiking trips to New Hampshire and Maine.
