I am originally from El Salvador! I moved to Boston in 2004 and one of the things I realized when I got here was I love cooking. I started working with Flour in 2006 as a steward. I jumped at the chance to join the prep team. Ten years later I was offered the opportunity to become a sous chef at Flour Harvard Square and I am truly honored to be a part of such a passionate team and great company. Flour is literally my second home.

When I’m not at Flour I am with my little man, my 3 years old son Alejandro, my little trouble maker.
