I was born and raised in Appleton, Wisconsin. I decided to move to Boston in 2000 where I found work as a barista at Flour Bakery + Café. Working at Flour brought back memories of the neighborhood bakery my grandmother used to run in Menasha, Wisconsin. So yearning to learn something more, I moved to the kitchen at Flour and became an apprentice baker. I’ve been growing with Flour for the past 14 years and because of all the wonderful staff and delicious pastry I couldn’t imagine doing anything but this! On my free time you’ll find me at home cooking and playing with my favorite little brioche bun, my son, Noah.
