I have always had a strong sense of community; I think it was embedded in me growing up in Marblehead, a small town on the North Shore. It also might have been all the theater I did. Whatever it was lead me into the wonderful world of guest services. Most of my hospitality training came from working for the Walt Disney Company, but it wasn’t until I came to Flour that I fell in love with the Bakery & Cafe world. I love talking to people. I love making people happy. I love being a part of people’s lives and I get the incredible opportunity to do all of these things while I serve some of the best food in Boston. I beam with Boston pride and working at Flour makes me feel like a key part of this amazing city.
When not at Flour, I love to go to concerts and stand up comedy shows. (I’ve been known to invent characters with silly voices while out with friends.) And I love going on day-ventures with my girlfriend (who I met while at Flour).
I am so excited to be back in the South End managing the Washington St. bakery.
