I was born & raised in Great Falls, Montana. I’ve always had a love of cooking & baking. Growing up I would use my family & friends to test out new dishes & desserts. I stared looking into culinary schools & one of the recruiters said I should get a job in a restaurant to make sure that’s the career path I should be on. So I got a job as a line cook thinking I’ll only be there for 6 months. Before I knew it 7 1/2 years had flown by! I loved it!!! I moved to Boston in 2011 to attend the Le Cordon Bleu for pastry & baking. After graduating I worked as a Pastry Chef in a production kitchen for several years before finding my home with Flour!
Fun facts about me. I own a ridiculous number of Birkenstocks(65) & I always try to match my socks to my bandana.
