I was born in the countryside of El Salvador and grew up in a very large loving family. I’m one of fifteen siblings it was very nice to grow up with so many brothers. I am very thankful to my hard working family for all the values I’ve inherited. My experience with food in El Salvador was more claiming cliffs to get honey, picking coffee beans, and milking cows in my Dad’s farm. When I move to Boston in 2005 I started cooking professionally and was very fortunate to find work with Flour. Flour provided an opportunity for me to grow and move up within the company as I gained more and more experience.
I am very excited to lead the savory team at Flour Dalton Street and very grateful to God and Joanne for the opportunity to be part of such a great team and company.
