I was born and raised in El Salvador, a really small country in Central America, probably the smallest country in the continent. I left my country and came to the United States in 2010 when I was about to turn 20 years old. I came to this country without knowing or speaking any English. Since I have come to Boston I’ve been trying to learn English. I’ve been studying English for about four years now, three days a week from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. (Sometimes is a little hard to attend classes after work, but my dream is to learn and speak fluent English. I have to fight for it harder and harder every day.) I really like to learn and improve new things. That’s why I’ve been learning a lot here at Flour. I have been trying to improve every day since I started as a steward at Flour Fort Point in 2010.
When I’m not at work I like to spend time with my wife at home making some delicious pupusas. I also like going to the church with her, and in the summer time I love to spend time playing soccer.
