I’m originally from Pennsylvania but quickly outgrew it’s small town vibes. After years of watching cooking shows on PBS with my mom, I decided to take a leap of faith and follow a blind passion for baking by attending Johnson & Wales University majoring in Baking & Pastry Arts and Foodservice Management. Boston was a great city to move to right after school and I quickly fell in love with its classic roots but modern flair. I started my career interning for America’s Test Kitchen before coming to Flour and working as an opening baker. I took a small one year break and pursued interests with the pastry team at Taj Hotel before returning to Flour as a pastry chef!

When I’m not spending my time at work, I’m passionate about going to Zumba classes, hanging out with friends and of course, binge watching Netflix. When I have the time, I like to read biographies and get especially inspired by people who lead by example and generate success from following their passions. Julia Child is my absolute idol and I’ve probably read 5 separate biographies about her!

I feel extremely lucky to be working with such a close-knit family at Flour and I can’t wait to see what our future holds!
