I was born and raised in Mexico City with my parents, two siblings and my dog Camila. From a young age, I spent a lot of time around my grandmother, who is an amazing cook. She inspired me to begin my career in the food industry.
After finishing my degree in culinary arts, I moved to Orlando FL to work at one of the most popular Hotels in Walt Disney World. After a year, I went back to Mexico where I was offered a job at a restaurant in Seoul, South Korea.
I was fortunate enough to start traveling around to experience other cultures, amazing food and so many incredible flavors!
During my time in South Korea, I met my husband who has been an extraordinary support and motivation for me and my career. After leaving Seoul, we moved to Mexico City for a year where my husband actually introduced me to Flour after he found it online. I started doing a lot of research about this amazing company. It did not take much for me to absolutely love it! And “randomly” (not really) we ended up in Boston where I started working at Flour! What I love most about my job is the delicious food, high standards, hospitality and friendliness towards customers and all staff.
When I am not at Flour I am usually going out with my husband and friends, traveling, hiking, visiting different restaurants, bars, watching funny shows, running, eating, working out, hanging with my cats, eating again, cooking and baking at home to eat it all once again!
