I was born and grew up in South Portland, Maine spending my free time at my dad’s pizza restaurant. As I moved from only pizza box folding as a child to busy Friday nights helping guests and making pizzas I grew to love food and hospitality. I moved to Boston in 2009 to go to school for chemistry. After a few years I knew I need to pursue my true passions. I changed paths and attended Cambridge School of Culinary Arts and got a degree in pastry. During my time at CSCA I began working at Flour.
I immediately fell in love with all things Flour. The food, the people, and the community. I enjoy nothing more than making long lasting connections with our team and our amazing guests. Food, dessert in particular, will always be my favorite way to spread joy!
When I am not at Flour I can be found binge watching Netflix with my incredible husband Matt and our two dogs, going to dinner, or spending time with our family.
