Ready, set, roll! Join us for this hands on class in which you will laminate and shape your own croissant dough! We will cover everything from making the dough and laminating to proofing and baking so you are confident making flaky buttery croissants at home. And don’t forget the almond croissants- we will show you how to prepare these decadent treats if you happen to have leftovers!
Our NEW! classroom is located in the TriMark Innovation Center located in the Innovation Design Building in Boston’s Seaport. Parking is plentiful.
