Layers of buttery dough and caramelized sugar make this decadent treat a show stopper and we want to show you how to make it! Join us for an interactive class where you will learn the techniques of laminating and baking butter breton cakes. You will laminate your own dough, even how to add some unique flavors like lemon or chocolate, leave with your own bretons to bake at home, and sample some of our treats in house. Sharing not required!
Our NEW! classroom is located in the TriMark Innovation Center located in the Innovation Design Building in Boston’s Seaport. Parking is plentiful.
