In this hands on brioche class, we start with a demonstration that explains all of the basic principles behind this buttery enriched dough, and a demonstration of how to roll and assemble sticky buns. You will then pair up with a partner to mix brioche and shape your own sticky buns to bake at home! You will return home with a thorough understanding of how to make and work with brioche, as well as your dough and sticky buns from class!
Our NEW! classroom is located in the TriMark Innovation Center located in the Innovation Design Building in Boston’s Seaport. Parking is plentiful.
